ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, providing a platform for companies to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. As a Workplace Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives across our core Workplace pillars, collaborating with stakeholders across the company to shape the future of Workplace at Stripe. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Workplace Strategy & Operations Manager, you will assist the Head of Workplace in defining strategic objectives and ensuring alignment across the team's roadmap. You will lead cross-functional projects, identify bottlenecks in our current workflows, and design scalable processes to remove them. You will also conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics, provide actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency, and drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with our IT Business Partner. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a data-driven operational role in a fast-growing environment. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions. You will also have demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
