ABOUT THE ROLE
The Greater Pell City Chamber of Commerce is expanding its outreach and support services for local businesses, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. In this role you will help bridge the gap between the Chamber’s resources and the needs of our diverse membership, with a particular focus on transportation and logistics enterprises that keep the region’s economy moving. You will collaborate with the Chamber’s policy and advocacy teams to translate industry concerns into actionable recommendations for local government and stakeholders.
You will analyze member feedback and industry trends to recommend improvements to our service offerings and develop targeted outreach campaigns.
You will maintain accurate records of member interactions, program participation, and outcomes, reporting on key metrics to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
