ABOUT THE ROLE You will be joining a dynamic organization that is actively involved in the UAE’s expanding rail network. The project portfolio spans active construction, passenger and freight operations, and large‑scale initiatives that are still in procurement. Your role will focus on the critical early weeks of new projects, ensuring that the foundations are set for long‑term success. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new project teams, establishing clear expectations and workflows. - Coordinate cross‑functional communication between construction, operations, and procurement departments. - Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk registers during the initiation phase. - Identify skill gaps and recommend training or hiring strategies to align talent with project needs. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. - Monitor progress against milestones, providing timely updates to senior leadership. - Support the transition of projects from procurement to active construction and operational phases. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management within infrastructure or transportation. - Strong understanding of rail project life cycles, including procurement, construction, and operations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.
