Website Product Owner

ABOUT THE ROLE Ryder is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the management and development of complex features on the corporate website. This individual will be responsible for owning the vision for their product and collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver features and socialize their product. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in ideating, creating, and executing digital/software projects, with experience in Agile methodologies and SCRUM ceremonies. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Owner at Ryder, you will: - Act as a proxy for the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the target market is heard - Develop and launch new features on the Ryder corporate website, collaborating with the product team to grow revenues and deliver value to users and customers - Gain a deep understanding of Ryder's users and customers, including their issues, pains, desires, and decision-making processes - Work with data analysts to produce meaningful insights about the product, customers, and supported business units - Drive AI innovation and adoption at Ryder through product development and team collaboration WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent - Master's degree in MBA, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred) - Four (4) years or more of experience in product management, digital transformation, solution design, business planning, strategy development, competitive analysis, and financial analysis - Six (6) years or more of experience in product management (desired) - Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems, Azure Dev Ops, Mural, AI Assistants, AI Assisted Coding, M365 Copilot, Github Copilot, Office 365 Applications, Software Development Lifecycle, Optmizely CMS, BDD, Gherkin, and SCRUM Practices - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to lead Design Thinking activities and tell compelling stories - Strong business acumen, with the ability to make links between user behavior and company revenue WHY REMOTE Ryder offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere.
