ABOUT THE ROLE At Coinbase, the Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A leads the strategic vision and execution of financial planning and analysis tools that empower our global finance organization. Working closely with finance leaders, product managers, and engineering, you will shape the roadmap for enterprise systems that support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at scale. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of month‑end close, regulatory reporting, and decision‑making across the company, helping Coinbase accelerate its mission to increase economic freedom. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Partner with finance executives and cross‑functional teams to define product requirements for FP&A systems, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory needs. - Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration, coordinating with engineering, data science, and security to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. - Translate complex financial processes—such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting—into user‑friendly product features and data models. - Champion data quality, governance, and observability, establishing metrics and dashboards that provide real‑time insight into financial performance. - Drive continuous improvement of existing tools, leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. - Facilitate stakeholder communication through product demos, training sessions, and documentation, ensuring adoption and user satisfaction. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise finance or FP&A technology, with a proven track record of launching complex financial applications. - Deep understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close, and regulatory reporting, coupled with experience in systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. - Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft) and API‑driven architecture, enabling seamless data flow between finance and other enterprise systems. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions and measurable outcomes. - Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive sprint execution and backlog refinement. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and vice versa.
