ABOUT THE ROLE Anthropic is a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. As a Web Producer in our Creative Studio, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand expression of Anthropic and its AI product, Claude. You will be part of a hybrid production and content role, working at the intersection of editorial precision, web craft, and operational coordination. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Web Producer, you will be responsible for building and publishing content across our CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in templated pages and content collections. You will also own the web intake queue, triaging requests from partners, setting clear expectations on scope and timing, and keeping work moving. Additionally, you will perform thorough QA across staging and production environments, catching errors in copy, formatting, links, and rendering. You will support web launches and campaigns by coordinating content publishing across relevant surfaces and flagging risks before they become problems. You will partner with marketers and content teams to help them work effectively within our web infrastructure, answering questions, providing guidance, and reducing friction in their publishing experience. You will also develop and maintain documentation and training resources that help partners publish confidently and independently. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need hands-on experience publishing and building content in a CMS, strong attention to detail, and experience coordinating requests or projects across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. You will also need to be a clear communicator who can set expectations, provide updates, and explain technical concepts to non-technical partners. You will be able to document processes and create training materials that help others work more independently.
