Web Growth Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Web Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Amplitude, a leading AI-first digital analytics platform. As a key member of our integrated marketing team, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and improving user experiences across our platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Web Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and optimizing amplitude.com, our corporate website, to drive self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining site architecture, user journeys, and content strategy to drive growth and improve user experiences - Building a forward-looking roadmap grounded in performance data, experimentation insights, and a clear POV on what moves the business - Scaling the Sanity CMS platform to empower teams across the org to publish independently - Designing and continuously optimizing conversion-focused experiences across product pages, pricing, demo request flows, and campaign landing pages - Leading experimentation and measurement strategy using Amplitude Analytics and Web Experiment to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation across web surfaces - Analyzing website-attributed pipeline in Salesforce, surfacing trends across GTM segments and win/loss patterns to guide investment decisions - Partnering closely with web engineering to ship new capabilities and collaborating across Marketing, Product, Growth, Sales, and Engineering to navigate tradeoffs and drive business results - Introducing and operationalizing AI-native workflows to accelerate content creation, site improvements, and operational efficiency WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3-5 years of hands-on experience owning or co-owning a corporate website or web growth program for a SaaS, AI, or tech company - Demonstrated experience working directly with engineering teams, with a strong understanding of how to scope, prioritize, and collaborate in a technical environment - Strong experimentation mindset, with experience running A/B tests and conversion optimization programs - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate tradeoffs and drive business results WHY REMOTE As a remote team, we're committed to creating an inclusive and flexible work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
