Visual Merchandiser

ABOUT THE ROLE Mango is a global fashion brand operating in 118 countries, with a strong online presence in more than 80 markets. The Visual Merchandiser will be based at the RIJEKA Tower Center and will play a key role in presenting Mango’s products in a compelling, on‑trend manner that drives sales and reinforces the brand’s visual identity. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will maintain the store’s visual appeal at all times, applying Mango’s merchandising standards and guidelines. Your responsibilities include executing store changes quickly and efficiently, monitoring sales data and performance indicators to inform product placement decisions, and staying informed about customer preferences, product potential, and competitor strategies. You will collaborate with the team to communicate new product introductions, merchandising adjustments, and inventory issues, and you will provide regular reports to management while supporting day‑to‑day store operations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You should have a proven track record in visual merchandising within a fashion environment and be results‑driven and sales‑oriented. A passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. You must be able to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines and short notice.
