WHAT YOU'LL DO - Edit raw video footage into polished, story‑driven pieces that reflect Locals’ brand tone and visual style. - Apply color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to elevate storytelling and maintain visual consistency across projects. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts for reels, short‑form videos, and longer‑form content that drive engagement. - Adapt finished videos for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring optimal performance on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and creative integrity. - Provide constructive feedback and iterate on edits based on stakeholder input, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proven experience in end‑to‑end video production, with a portfolio that showcases strong visual storytelling across social media, travel, or lifestyle brands. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, including color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging narratives. - Strong communication skills, comfortable receiving and integrating feedback from cross‑functional teams. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities. - A background in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a passion for storytelling.
