Vice President Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced VP or SVP of Operations to lead all technical operations across our fund, based in New York. This role will oversee legal entity management, technology and systems, cross-functional delivery, supplier and external legal counsel vendors, and structuring and optimizing operational infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the VP or SVP of Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical operations of our fund. This will include developing and implementing process improvements, managing technology and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for managing supplier and external legal counsel vendors, as well as structuring and optimizing operational infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of seven years of experience operating across functions. You should be process and systems orientated, enthusiastic about technology and AI-powered tools, and comfortable operating across legal, compliance, corporate admin, HR, and technology. A discreet, professional, and trustworthy individual is required due to the sensitive nature of the information handled in this role.
