Verification Expert

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Verification Expert to help empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions. As a key member of our verification team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the authenticity and condition of our products, including footwear, streetwear, and collectibles. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Verification Expert, your primary responsibilities will include: Inspecting and processing footwear, streetwear, and collectibles to ensure they meet our strict standards of condition and verification Proactively working with site leadership and other team members to identify process improvements Supporting operations team in inbound and outbound functions as directed and per business needs Contributing to the cleanliness standards and processes of the site Maintaining site safety standards WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong work ethic and positive attitude A sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills Strong attention to detail Nice to have skills include: 0-3 years of experience in assessing value and risk of footwear, streetwear, and collectibles Fashion retail background WHY REMOTE This role is based in our Verification Center, a warehouse environment with working conditions typical of a warehouse setting. As a Verification Expert, you will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time. You may also be required to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, and on occasion, a team-lift of up to 100 pounds.
