- Manage order processing, inventory levels and delivery schedules, coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock and minimise back‑orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotions and educational content that highlights new products and industry best practices.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, forecast demand and support continuous improvement of our supply chain.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum of two years experience in a sales, retail or supply‑chain role, preferably within the building or plumbing industry.
- Strong communication skills in both English and basic Australian slang, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems; experience with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis is essential.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple locations.
- A valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel to partner sites as needed.
