ABOUT THE ROLE Marina Bay Sands is a world‑class hospitality and entertainment destination that prides itself on delivering an unforgettable experience to every guest. As a Valet Driver, you will play a pivotal role in creating that first impression by ensuring safe, efficient, and courteous vehicle handling across the hotel, casino, carpark, MICE, and hall parking areas. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence and set the tone for the rest of the guest’s stay. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Receive and direct arriving vehicles, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and safety protocols. - Operate the Valet Management System accurately to track vehicle status and guest requests. - Assist guests with luggage, open vehicle doors, and provide information on parking and property services. - Coordinate with traffic marshals, bell staff, and other valet drivers to manage traffic flow and prevent congestion. - Maintain operational equipment, monitor supplies, and report any anomalies to Valet Captains promptly. - Support the team with additional duties such as managing hall parking overflow or assisting during peak periods. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with at least two years of driving experience. - Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. - Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, coupled with a proactive, positive attitude. - Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors. - Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, while maintaining composure under pressure. - Basic knowledge of Singapore attractions and ability to provide guests with helpful information.
