ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Vacancy Development professional to join our team at Stripe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for identifying and filling vacant positions within the company. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Vacancy Development professional, you will be responsible for: - Conducting thorough market research to identify key talent pools and industry trends - Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies - Creating and implementing effective job descriptions and posting plans - Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to inform future recruitment strategies WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human resources, business administration, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and pursue opportunities that may not be available in a traditional office setting.
