As a Trimmer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every plant meets the highest quality standards before it moves to the next stage of processing. You will work closely with the Post‑Harvest team to maintain consistency, accuracy, and safety across our Tiverton facility while contributing to our mission of delivering premium medical‑grade cannabis to patients worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will hand‑trim or machine‑trim cannabis plants, applying meticulous care to preserve potency and appearance. You will conduct rigorous quality‑control inspections, record data in the MJ Freeway system, and manage batch and waste documentation. You will apply labels to individual pots, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. You will operate and maintain equipment according to SOPs, perform metal‑detection checks, and run products through machines as prioritized by management. You will support washbay and grow‑room cleanliness, ensuring uninterrupted workflow, and you will collaborate with other departments to meet production goals. You will also adapt to variable shifts and assist with any additional duties as required. WHAT YOU’LL NEED You possess solid manual dexterity with scissors, snips, and shears, and you thrive in a fast‑paced, loud, confined environment.
