Treasury Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an exceptional Treasury Operations professional to join our growing team at Stripe. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Treasury Operations professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our core functionalities, including bank account management, cash management, investment management, payments processing, risk management, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting our cash management processes, including funding, cash positions, forecasting, and other aspects of treasury operations - Helping manage daily operations relating to FX and interest rate trading support, investigation of breaks and aged items, and bank partner relationship management in the market - Analyzing and optimizing funds flows across various areas, including costs, working capital, liquidity risk, and other constraints, leveraging system solutions where possible - Assisting with the creation and updating of Treasury Finance policies and procedures, and RCSA controls - Developing metrics to monitor the overall health of the function and help set priorities for future developments - Supporting internal and external audits as needed WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be considered for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 4+ years of Treasury experience, preferably within liquidity management, finance risk management, and process improvements - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into complex problems and come up with scalable solutions - Experience building processes and leveraging systems to scale treasury operations - Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships - The ability to learn quickly, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and flexibility with changing requirements WHY REMOTE As a remote-friendly company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and be more productive in your own environment.
