ABOUT THE ROLE

You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure our global rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant, and meaningful to every Webflow employee. Your work will influence the day‑to‑day experience of thousands of remote teammates and help us scale our rewards operations through automation and clear documentation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer key elements of the annual and mid‑year compensation cycles, ensuring system updates, testing, and communications are accurate and timely.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job pricing, maintain pay ranges, and support internal equity analyses.
- Oversee day‑to‑day benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, life events, and open‑enrollment processes across international vendors.
- Maintain data integrity across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems, generate reports and dashboards, and identify trends that inform continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain automated workflows, update SOPs, and propose process enhancements that leverage emerging tools and AI.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global or remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with data validation and audit‑ready documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday or equivalent) and benefits administration tools; comfort navigating complex vendor ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset, adept at handling escalations and driving resolution across multiple systems.
- Collaborative spirit, comfortable working cross‑functionally with finance, legal, and product teams to align rewards with business objectives.
