Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dedicated Technician to support the technical operations of our hotel. The Technician will work closely with the Technical Team Leader and Chief Engineer to maintain and repair the property’s systems, ensuring reliable service for guests and staff. WHAT YOU'LL DO Maintain and repair electrical installations, plumbing systems, air conditioning units, and other technical equipment throughout the hotel. Monitor equipment conditions and perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime. Respond promptly to technical failures, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with the technical team to uphold high maintenance standards. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to meet hotel compliance. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding system status and maintenance requirements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Prior experience maintaining technical systems, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to react quickly to incidents. Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. A meticulous approach and a commitment to excellent service for guests and colleagues. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
