Technical Success Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Success Analyst at Marqeta, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical success of our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and delivering critical customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Technical Success Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: - Communicating directly with customers to understand their technical needs and provide guidance on how to integrate Marqeta's platform - Collaborating with internal teams, including product and engineering, to identify and resolve technical issues and improve the overall customer experience - Developing expertise in Marqeta's platform and technologies, including REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog - Providing critical customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap and refine Marqeta's offerings - Identifying and resolving technical issues, and delivering quick and effective resolutions to customers - Facilitating customer collaboration and influencing teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of technical customer-facing work experience in high-tech or financial technology services - Proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience and/or enthusiasm learning and discussing APIs - Ability to execute quickly and provide quick and effective resolutions - Ability to facilitate customer collaboration and influence teams across the organization - Resourceful problem solver who proactively suggests improvements and challenges the status quo - Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in the B2B technology space, with a knack for understanding what makes businesses tick and what drives their growth WHY REMOTE Marqeta is a Flex First company, which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office.
