Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Staff member to join our research and development team, working on cutting‑edge drug discovery and process optimization projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate scientific insights into scalable manufacturing solutions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the design, execution, and analysis of laboratory experiments that support new drug candidate development. - Develop and validate analytical methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients, ensuring accuracy, precision, and reproducibility. - Collaborate with process engineers to scale laboratory findings to pilot‑scale production, identifying and mitigating technical risks. - Prepare detailed technical documentation, including batch records, standard operating procedures, and regulatory submissions. - Mentor junior scientists and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, analytical chemistry, or process development within a regulated environment. - Proficiency in LC‑MS, HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques, with a strong track record of method development and validation. - Solid understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines). - Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex analytical and process challenges. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear technical reports and presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
