Technical Specialist, Claude Code

ABOUT THE ROLE Anthropic is a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers successfully implement and utilize our AI technology, Claude Code. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Technical Specialist, you will be the technical lead in customer-facing moments across the post-sale journey. This will involve leading onboarding workshops, developer hackathons, live troubleshooting, executive security reviews, and adoption working sessions. You will also be responsible for building and shipping working software, including Claude Code plugins, agents, sub-agents, MCP integrations, and Cowork skills. Additionally, you will own enterprise deployment and identity conversations, advising and unblocking customers running production workloads on the Anthropic API and on Bedrock / Vertex. You will partner closely with CSMs, Applied AI, Product Support, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless technical support and enablement for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience in building and shipping software. You should have a deep understanding of Claude Code and comparable AI coding tools, as well as experience in enterprise identity and security review processes. You should also be comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and be able to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations. BENEFITS Anthropic offers a competitive salary range of £180,000 - £225,000 GBP per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including a minimum of 25% hybrid work policy, visa sponsorship, and a comprehensive health plan.
