Anthropic
Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Anthropic is on a mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that benefit users and society. As a Technical Program Manager in Revenue Operations, you will be a key driver of the company’s go‑to‑market transformation, ensuring that our account executives can focus on customers rather than administrative friction. You will own high‑impact initiatives that overhaul core sales processes, redesign quoting and forecasting, and transform Salesforce into an agentic selling platform that works in tandem with Claude. Your work will sit at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, and will shape the future of how Anthropic sells frontier AI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will partner with leaders across Revenue Operations, Sales, and GTM Systems to define, scope, and sequence the initiatives on the GTM Programs roadmap, prioritizing work that delivers the greatest impact on seller productivity. You will lead transformational programs that redesign core GTM processes and systems from the ground up, such as quoting, forecasting, or the role Salesforce plays in our sales motion. You will identify where sellers lose time to manual work, unclear process, or tooling gaps, quantify the cost, and turn the highest‑value fixes into programs. You will own end‑to‑end program plans, milestones, and dependency maps for multi‑team initiatives spanning process, data, systems, and enablement work. Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders in Sales and the teams that build and administer our GTM systems, you will translate requirements in both directions. You will drive cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement, manage change for the field, and provide clear, candid reporting on program status, decisions, and risks to leadership. You will define success metrics for each program, including its effect on seller time and productivity, and follow through after launch to confirm the intended impact. You will continuously raise the bar on how the GTM organization operates, retiring obsolete processes and simplifying the ones that remain.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You will bring a proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional programs from definition through delivery, including initiatives with significant systems or data components. You will have a deep working knowledge of go‑to‑market processes and how a Sales organization operates, such as territory planning, lead‑to‑cash, forecasting, or deal desk. Hands‑on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner will enable you to scope work and evaluate trade‑offs with engineers and administrators. You will be proficient with core program management practices and tooling, building plans, tracking dependencies, running planning cadences, and managing risk. Strong written and verbal communication skills will allow you to distill technical and operational detail for sales leadership. You will have a demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build alignment across teams with competing priorities. Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping the larger goal in view will be essential. A strong orientation toward operational excellence, with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and eliminating them, will set you apart.
