Technical Program Manager, Link

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Link team at Stripe. Link is one of the fastest-growing consumer networks in the world, with 300M+ registered consumers, and our mission is to make commerce seamless for merchants and consumers alike. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in keeping the threads of our consumer experience, payments infrastructure, and financial products aligned and moving forward at velocity. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Technical Program Manager at Stripe, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, fraud, identity, and business teams. You will help Link scale its consumer network and expand into new product surfaces by defining programs, setting objectives, and influencing resource allocation to deliver outcomes. You will also identify obstacles and risks across our cross-functional workstreams, communicate them to stakeholders, and develop plans to address and prevent their recurrence. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 10+ years of product management or technical program management experience, including managing programs across all phases of software development - A proven track record of defining and executing complex programs across multiple functions in consumer-facing or payments products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders - A proven ability to navigate ambiguity, bring rapid clarity to multi-stakeholder problems, and drive teams toward effective solutions - Working knowledge of API design and high-level system architecture, sufficient to partner with engineering teams on program delivery WHY REMOTE As a remote employee at Stripe, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, comprehensive health plan, parental leave, education stipend, and life insurance.
