Technical Partner Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and we're seeking a skilled Technical Partner Manager to join our Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) Network partnerships team. As a Technical Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our financial ecosystem partners, facilitating technical integrations, and ensuring the optimal performance of our solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, facilitating technical integrations, and driving partner success. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners - Collaborating with partners to define and implement successful integrations - Establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts - Working across multiple Stripe teams to support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions - Assisting in incident resolution by coordinating with internal teams to manage partner communications effectively WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - A minimum of 6 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations - Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems - Proven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects in collaboration with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
