Technical Account Manager, AI User Segment

ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, providing a range of services to help companies grow their revenue and accelerate new business opportunities. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Stripe's largest and most complex users, helping them deliver more value to their customers, optimize technical operations, and accelerate their global growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for strategically supporting Stripe's AI user segment, consisting of complex and high-growth AI companies. This will involve developing deep relationships with key stakeholders through frequent in-person meetings and technical account planning sessions. Your goal will be to provide a gold standard experience to your assigned accounts, fostering long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Stripe and its products. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in enterprise-level client-facing work, with at least 10 years of experience. You should also have demonstrated expertise in the AI industry, including monetization models, fraud strategy, global payment methods, and the technical and operational challenges faced by AI companies. Additionally, you will need to have strong product sense, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead complex integration conversations.
