ABOUT THE ROLE We're on a mission to make money work for everyone at Monzo, a leading digital banking platform. We're looking for a talented Tech Recruiter to join our Hiring team and help us source and hire diverse, talented people into our tech recruitment team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Tech Recruiter, you'll play a key role in structuring and running great hiring processes, working closely with Hiring Managers to identify the skills they need and how best to assess them. You'll challenge their thinking, ask the right questions, and work on hiring processes from beginning to end to convince candidates to join Monzo. You'll care deeply about diversity and inclusiveness, giving candidates an amazing experience, and finding the right candidates from a range of backgrounds. You'll also be passionate about making processes work better, using data to refine our hiring processes and make them simpler and more effective. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech. You'll care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity, love sourcing, and be resourceful. You'll also be empathetic, adaptable, and respectful of candidates' needs and priorities. It would be great if you have experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up and working directly with senior stakeholders. WHY REMOTE This role is available to work remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to the London office. We offer flexible working hours, trusting you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team. BENEFITS We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a learning budget of £1,000 a year for books, training courses, and conferences.
