ABOUT THE ROLE The Team Member will prepare and serve a range of food items including sandwiches, bread, and cookies. You will provide friendly and efficient customer service, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and manage transactions. The role requires maintaining food safety, hygiene, and audit standards, monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties. You will also follow all safety and security procedures and work collaboratively with the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, bread, and cookies Deliver courteous and efficient customer service Operate the POS/till and handle all transactions accurately Maintain food safety, hygiene, and audit standards at all times Monitor inventory and support delivery operations Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks to keep the workplace sanitary Follow established safety and security protocols Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations WHAT YOU'LL NEED Flexible availability across Monday to Sunday trading hours (6:30 am – 10:00 pm) Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including opening, mid‑day, closing, graveyard, and weekends, with a maximum of 38 hours per week Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Valid Australian work rights Preferred (Not Essential) Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant such as Subway or similar Background in food preparation, retail, or hospitality Valid driver’s licence WHY REMOTE This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
