ABOUT THE ROLE GPC Asia Pacific is one of the largest industrial and automotive aftermarket parts and service suppliers across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. As a Team Member Level 2 you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. You will support the coordination of inventory, shipping, and customer service activities, helping to keep our customers satisfied and our operations running at peak performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to resolve order discrepancies and improve process efficiencies. You will monitor key performance indicators, report on trends, and recommend actionable improvements to reduce cycle times and costs. You will maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness in the warehouse, actively participating in safety training and audits. You will support the onboarding and coaching of new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage technology platforms to track inventory levels, generate shipping labels, and update real‑time status for stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have at least two years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply‑chain environment, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. You are proficient with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, and data‑entry tools, and you can quickly adapt to new software. You possess strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions that drive operational excellence. You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, both verbally and in writing. You demonstrate a proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks and following through to resolution. You thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting, and you are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
