You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure that every guest room, public area, and back‑of‑house space reflects the brand’s commitment to quality. Your leadership will inspire a culture of continuous improvement, empower staff, and translate corporate strategies into measurable results, all while operating within a flexible, remote‑first environment that values autonomy and collaboration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement data‑driven solutions to reduce turnaround times, minimize waste, and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with front‑desk, maintenance, and food‑service teams to synchronize room readiness, resolve guest requests, and manage special event logistics.
- Conduct virtual training sessions, performance reviews, and safety briefings, ensuring compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and corporate policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated guest complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery and brand loyalty.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, with a minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to manage a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data dashboards, KPI tracking, and continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a remote team, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative culture across time zones.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, Zoom).
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging guest expectations.
WHY REMOTE

- Monthly remote‑work stipend to support home office setup and internet expenses.
- Annual learning budget for professional development, certifications, and industry conferences.
- Access to Hyatt’s global employee wellness program, including virtual fitness classes, mental health resources, and wellness challenges.
- Opportunities for career progression within the Hyatt portfolio, with mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to international best practices.
