Team Lead Education

ABOUT THE ROLE Chaos is a global leader in visualization and design software, empowering architects, designers, VFX artists and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life. The Team Lead Education will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for our Education segment, covering both University and Student markets. You will own the entire revenue lifecycle, from prospecting and closing new institutional accounts to driving expansion and retention across our student base. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Transformation, you will operate with high autonomy, building and scaling a high‑performance team while remaining hands‑on in key deals. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will recruit, coach and manage a small but dynamic Education sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing real‑time guidance on complex opportunities. You will design and execute a proactive, discovery‑led outbound motion to win new universities and students, continuously refining outreach cadence and qualification criteria. You will partner with the Ecommerce and RevOps teams to optimise the low‑touch, digital‑first student purchase journey, improving funnel conversion and pricing strategy. You will own accurate pipeline forecasting and attainment reporting, delivering transparent visibility into performance for sales reviews and senior leadership. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to prioritise Education‑specific campaigns, content and product feedback, ensuring alignment across the organisation. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least five years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology environment, with a proven record of leading a team and delivering end‑to‑end revenue results. You have a deep understanding of direct, relationship‑led sales to institutions and the ability to manage a low‑touch, digital purchase journey. You are comfortable stepping into high‑priority deals, coaching team members through live negotiations and translating ARR data into actionable strategy. You communicate with credibility at senior levels, presenting forecasts, results and strategic needs to VP‑level stakeholders. You thrive in a fast‑moving, autonomous environment, setting priorities, creating momentum and driving outcomes without close direction.
