Fivetran
Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fivetran is on a mission to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. As a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on GTM and G&A roles, you will play a pivotal part in scaling the organization by attracting and securing top talent across North America. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, legal, HR, finance, and accounting leaders to understand their hiring needs and translate those into strategic recruitment plans that align with Fivetran’s culture of inclusion, innovation, and high performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for GTM and G&A positions, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. You will leverage data analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the candidate experience. You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups and ensuring fair hiring practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. You will coordinate with HR, TA operations, and external partners to streamline processes and maintain a high‑quality recruitment ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You bring at least five years of experience recruiting for GTM and G&A roles in SaaS, with a proven track record of hiring senior‑level positions in enterprise technical sales, marketing, legal, HR, finance, and accounting. You have spent three or more years in an in‑house recruiting role at a high‑growth tech company and are comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. Your sourcing skills are advanced; you routinely use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche talent communities to uncover passive talent. You are an influential stakeholder manager who can build strong relationships with hiring leaders and negotiate effectively with candidates. You are passionate about DEI and have a history of implementing inclusive hiring practices. You are proficient with Workday, Greenhouse, and other recruiting technology platforms and thrive in a collaborative, cross‑functional setting.
