You will work closely with senior sales leaders to forecast talent needs, design innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects Zego’s culture of agility and customer focus. This role is pivotal in scaling our sales force while maintaining a high‑quality pipeline that supports our ambitious growth targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with sales leadership to translate business objectives into hiring plans, setting realistic timelines and metrics for success.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing tactics, including employer branding initiatives, social recruiting, and talent community engagement.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, providing coaching on best practices and ensuring consistent execution of processes.
- Analyze hiring data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the sales hiring function, ensuring a broad and inclusive candidate pool.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum five years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least two years in a managerial capacity, preferably within a high‑growth tech or insurtech environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling hiring pipelines for sales positions, including experience with high‑volume hiring and executive search.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using ATS, CRM, and recruiting analytics tools to drive data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced setting, demonstrating self‑discipline, proactive problem‑solving, and a results‑oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with remote recruiting best practices and a passion for creating inclusive candidate experiences.
WHY REMOTE

Our distributed, asynchronous culture empowers you to work from anywhere while staying connected through collaborative tools and regular virtual huddles. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to design a work schedule that balances professional commitments with personal life, supported by a culture that values output over location. Remote work also opens the door to a diverse talent pool, enriching our team with varied perspectives and expertise.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive health coverage for you and your dependents, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Generous paid time off policy, with additional vacation days for contract employees.
- Monthly remote work stipend to offset home‑office setup and utilities.
- Annual learning budget to support professional development, certifications, and industry conferences.
- Access to a global network of Zego employees and regular virtual team‑building events.
