LaunchDarkly
Strategic GTM Programs Director
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Strategic GTM Programs Director to become a trusted partner and execution engine for the Chief Revenue Officer and the broader revenue organization. In this role you will translate the CRO’s V2MOM and revenue OKRs into actionable programs, ensuring that strategic priorities are delivered with focus, discipline, and measurable impact. You will act as the connective tissue between revenue, finance, people, marketing, and operations, driving alignment across a global, high‑growth SaaS business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will partner with Revenue Operations to develop annual plans, track OKRs, and communicate the CRO’s vision throughout the revenue organization. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, pilots, and special projects, coordinating with finance, people, and marketing to secure resources, manage budgets, and deliver on commitments. You will own the planning and execution of key revenue events and executive engagements, from kickoff meetings to all‑hands and partner programs, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful messaging. You will prepare board and executive meeting materials, coordinate inputs, and drive timely follow‑through on action items. You will establish and maintain the CRO’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, business reviews, off‑sites, and 1:1s, and will serve as an objective escalation point for cross‑functional conflicts and operational risks. You will support headcount planning, hiring priorities, and performance‑management processes across the revenue organization, working closely with finance and procurement on budget visibility and purchase‑order coordination.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You bring significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or executive support within a high‑growth technology or SaaS company. You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional programs from conception to completion, with strong program‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail. You are a trusted partner who can handle confidential information with sound judgment and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Your written and verbal communication skills are executive‑level, enabling you to craft presentations, company communications, and facilitation of high‑impact meetings. You possess strong business acumen and analytical ability, translating data and goals into clear priorities and actions. You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast‑changing environment.

Our remote model offers flexible schedules that respect personal and professional commitments, allowing you to balance work with life without sacrificing productivity. You will have access to the same tools, resources, and support as on‑site colleagues, ensuring seamless integration into the CRO’s leadership team and the broader revenue organization.

Eligible employees receive a remote work stipend, a learning and development budget, and participation in the company’s RSU program.
