WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end‑to‑end financial deliverables for Platform, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the annual budget and monthly planning cycles. - Lead month‑end close activities for your portfolio, partnering with Accounting to validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies. - Proactively analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, articulating the underlying drivers before they become questions. - Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Platform leadership, preparing and presenting insights during business reviews and translating complex data into actionable recommendations. - Build, maintain, and refine financial models that quantify risks, opportunities, and investment trade‑offs across multiple cost centers, including headcount, infrastructure, AI, and contractor spend. - Champion the responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots, integrating them into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision quality while maintaining rigorous human oversight. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Six or more years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a similarly fast‑paced financial environment. - Demonstrated success managing large‑scale OpEx budgets across multiple cost centers, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders on resource allocation and investment decisions. - Advanced financial modeling expertise, coupled with strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. - Hands‑on experience with planning and visualization platforms such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Looker, or Tableau. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - A proactive mindset that anticipates questions, identifies risks, and proposes solutions before issues arise.
