Strategic Deal Desk - Partnerships & Vendors

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Strategic Deal Desk Manager to play a key role in the deal-making process with our largest and most important partners and vendors, such as Mastercard and Klarna. As a member of our Global Group Finance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring financially sound and optimal outcomes for these partnership agreements. This is a unique opportunity to create direct impact while helping shape the future and direction of this function. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Strategic Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring optimal outcomes of multi-million dollar deals with key industry partners - Creating clear insights into the financial impact of these deals under various scenarios - Building financial models and performing financial analysis for complex agreements - Collecting and verifying diverse data points, while both forming and challenging assumptions - Preparing financial deal summaries for leadership discussions and decision-making - Acting as a proactive deal advisor to structure agreements and apply best practices You will also work cross-functionally with diverse teams to mature internal ways of working, drive standardization, and empower the Partnership organization to build and run their own financial analyses for straightforward deals. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years of expertise in a similar role, ideally with a background in banking, consulting, or fintech - A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - Proven success in supporting the closure of large, complex deals and building sound financial models to guide those decisions - An entrepreneurial approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires continuous prioritization - Effective communication skills, with the ability to build a strong network within a global company and influence senior stakeholders WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role is not a remote-only position.
