Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Krannich Solar Australia is a leading provider of high‑performance solar solutions, delivering innovative products and services to the Australian market. As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from suppliers to production lines and distribution centers. Your work will directly support the company’s mission to accelerate the adoption of clean energy by maintaining accurate inventory, optimizing storage layouts, and supporting just‑in‑time delivery processes. You will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to meet tight schedules and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with safety regulations. You will retrieve and prepare items for shipment, packing products for delivery to customers or internal departments. You will maintain real‑time inventory records using the company’s warehouse management system, reconciling discrepancies promptly. You will assist in the organization of storage areas, implementing FIFO and LIFO practices to minimize waste and maximize shelf life. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting layout changes, equipment upgrades, or process tweaks to increase throughput. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve stock issues, coordinate cross‑dock operations, and uphold a clean, hazard‑free work environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply‑chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail setting. Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS) and strong data entry skills. Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, WHS) and the ability to enforce safe handling of hazardous materials. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. A proactive mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency. WHY REMOTE Krannich Solar Australia embraces a distributed, asynchronous culture that empowers employees to deliver results from wherever they are most productive. While the Warehouse Storeperson role requires on‑site presence to manage physical inventory, the company offers flexible scheduling options and supports remote work for other functions. Employees enjoy the freedom to balance personal commitments with professional responsibilities, supported by a robust digital collaboration platform that keeps teams connected across time zones. This approach fosters a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning, enabling staff to thrive in a modern, hybrid workplace. BENEFITS Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive health and dental coverage for employees and dependents. Paid time off, including annual leave, public holidays, and personal days. A remote work stipend to cover home‑office setup and connectivity costs. Annual learning budget for professional development, certifications, and training courses. Access to wellness programs, employee assistance resources, and a supportive HR team.
