ABOUT THE ROLE Seed Heritage is expanding its retail footprint across Australia, and we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our concept store in Port Macquarie. In this role you will be the face of the brand, steering a passionate team to deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects our modern Australian aesthetic. Your leadership will shape the store’s culture, ensuring every interaction is memorable, every visual display compelling, and every team member empowered to exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with State Leadership to build an efficient, profitable store that aligns with corporate strategy while maintaining the unique, family‑friendly atmosphere that defines Seed Heritage. Your influence will extend beyond day‑to‑day operations, shaping long‑term growth and setting the standard for excellence across our network. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will drive a customer‑focused culture, creating a seamless experience with every interaction. You will engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration. You will work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store. You will motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators. You will drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‑of‑house administration. You will maintain a Tuesday to Saturday roster that supports store hours and customer demand. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You will have at least two years of experience managing a fast‑paced, high‑volume fashion retail store. You will have proven experience managing a medium to large team in a dynamic retail environment. You will be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor staff to achieve success. You will demonstrate commercial acumen, consistently exceeding sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs while staying within budget. You will possess an eye for detail, a passion for styling, and expertise in visual merchandising. You will have exposure to large stock volumes and effective stock management practices. You will share Seed Heritage’s values and desire to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
