ABOUT THE ROLE The Store Manager at Macpac Adelaide Airport will lead a dynamic team in a high‑traffic Harbour Town location. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. The role offers a flexible Sunday‑to‑Thursday roster, competitive salary with weekly pay, and potential bonus opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will manage day‑to‑day store activities, including visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. You will train and motivate a team of seven or more, celebrate achievements, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Your leadership will directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proven management experience, preferably with a team of seven or more. - A track record of leading by example and delivering excellent customer service. - Strong motivation and inspirational skills to engage diverse personalities. - Competence in training, floor sales, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. - Experience in outlet or DFO settings is highly desirable. - A passion for the outdoors or travel is preferred, though not essential.
