ABOUT THE ROLE Liquorland is seeking a Store Manager for its Wollongong location. The role involves leading a retail team, managing daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. You will be responsible for inventory control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will create eye‑catching stock displays, energise the team, and foster a friendly atmosphere for shoppers. Your duties include payroll, rostering, liquor inventory management, and maintaining an organised, visually appealing store. You will also drive sales, meet store goals, and represent Liquorland’s brand within the community. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience in fast‑paced retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles is required. Strong social skills and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience are essential. You should be proficient in administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and inventory management. A valid RSA certification is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
