As a Remote Store Manager you will be the strategic leader behind our flagship Aberdeen store, driving performance, culture, and customer satisfaction from anywhere in the world. You will own the store’s operational excellence, team development, and brand representation, ensuring that every shopper feels the Jack & Jones vibe of quality, confidence, and style. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will set the vision for the store and translate it into measurable results, overseeing sales, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet or exceed targets. You will coach and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive, inclusive environment that reflects our brand values. You will manage daily operations remotely, coordinating with the Aberdeen team to maintain a seamless customer experience and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that drive growth and profitability. You will also collaborate with cross‑functional partners in marketing, supply chain, and HR to align store activities with broader business objectives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A proven track record as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high‑volume retail environment, preferably within fashion or apparel. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers, staff, and senior stakeholders. A passion for denim and menswear, coupled with a results‑driven mindset and a willingness to embrace change. Proficiency in retail analytics tools, point‑of‑sale systems, and Microsoft Office. Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus, as is fluency in English and a basic understanding of Scottish retail regulations.
