ABOUT THE ROLE Retail FX is a leading international women’s fashion retailer that blends trend‑setting design with a personalised customer experience. As the Store Manager for our Bunbury outlet, you will be the driving force behind the store’s performance, culture, and brand reputation. You will lead a passionate team of sales associates, ensuring every shopper receives expert styling advice and a memorable in‑store journey. Your leadership will directly influence sales, visual merchandising, and the day‑to‑day operational excellence that keeps our customers returning. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead, motivate, and coach a high‑performing sales team to exceed weekly and monthly targets. - Develop and maintain a visually engaging store layout that reflects current collections and seasonal themes. - Deliver personalised styling sessions, building lasting relationships with customers and driving repeat business. - Manage inventory, visual displays, and store merchandising standards to maximise conversion rates. - Analyse sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. - Represent Retail FX in the local community, fostering partnerships and brand awareness. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum of 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion. - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and managing budgets effectively. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. - A passion for styling and the ability to translate trends into actionable customer experiences. - Excellent visual merchandising sense and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, make decisions quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
