As a Stock Assistant for the Supre brand in Parramatta, you will be the backbone of our store’s visual and inventory excellence, ensuring that every customer experiences the brand’s vibrant style and quality. You will work closely with the merchandising and operations teams to keep the store fresh, organized, and ready to inspire shoppers from the moment they step inside. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will receive and unpack new merchandise, verify stock accuracy, and prepare products for display in accordance with Supre’s brand guidelines. You will maintain the store’s visual standards by arranging and replenishing displays, ensuring that every shelf and fitting room reflects the latest trends. You will collaborate with the team to manage daily inventory, track stock levels, and support the replenishment process to minimise out‑of‑stock situations. You will assist customers with product information, helping them find the right items and encouraging them to explore the full range. You will participate in weekly store meetings, share insights on customer preferences, and contribute ideas for improving the in‑store experience. WHAT YOU’LL NEED You have a passion for fashion and a strong eye for detail, with at least one year of retail or inventory management experience. You are comfortable using point‑of‑sale and inventory systems, and you can quickly learn new software. You possess excellent organisational skills, can work efficiently under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude. You are a team player who embraces Cotton On’s values of optimism, creativity, and positive impact. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a certificate in retail or merchandising is a plus.
