Staff Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to join our team at Twilio. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of communications by delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide to craft applications that truly matter. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for our communications platform. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to develop and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, identifying market trends, and making data-driven decisions to inform our product strategy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong product management background, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and features. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. You should also have a strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and DevOps.
