Staff Product Manager, Enterprise

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a highly-entrepreneurial and data-driven product leader to own Stripe's product strategy and execution across our priority industry verticals. As a Product Manager, you will define where Stripe plays, build 0-to-1 products to unlock new revenue, and influence Stripe's broader Product organization to meet the unique needs of enterprise customers in your vertical. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will own the industry product roadmap, defining and executing the multi-year product strategy for your priority vertical. You will identify unmet needs through deep customer research, data analysis, and market intelligence, and lead the full product lifecycle for industry-relevant functionality. You will also be a strategic partner to GTM and customers, working deeply with our largest customers, partners, and GTM teams to translate "market noise" into clear product signal. Responsibilities include: - Defining and executing the multi-year product strategy for your priority vertical - Identifying unmet needs through deep customer research, data analysis, and market intelligence - Leading the full product lifecycle for industry-relevant functionality - Being a strategic partner to GTM and customers - Influencing Stripe's core product teams to ensure their roadmaps reflect the requirements of enterprise customers in your vertical WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - 12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping successful products in complex, regulated environments - Technical fluency, including the ability to read an API spec, reason about system design trade-offs, and hold your own in engineering discussions - Deep customer obsession, with a talent for getting close to customers and distilling complex pain points into simple, elegant product requirements - Analytical rigor, with the ability to use data to prioritize and define metrics frameworks - A master communicator, with the ability to articulate deep technical and strategic concepts through precise, persuasive prose - High agency and influence, with the ability to find "homes" for initiatives, build consensus across disparate teams, and drive momentum without needing formal authority - An entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action, with comfort working in ambiguity and prioritizing high-impact initiatives WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that is changing the way businesses operate.
