Staff Product Manager, Dashboard

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Product Manager to join Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and direction of the Stripe Dashboard, a tool used by millions of people around the world to run their business. Your mission will be to transform the Dashboard into a "power tool" for payment professionals, driving its adoption and impact across the company. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for evolving the Stripe Dashboard to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes and models. This will involve improving wayfinding mechanisms to increase user productivity and product discovery, shaping the information architecture to encourage interoperability, and developing a strategy and roadmap for a more powerful and user-friendly Dashboard. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify the impact of the Dashboard and accelerate Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of driving product growth and adoption. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, and information architecture is highly desirable.
