ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Escalation Manager to join our team at Twilio. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a critical role in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this position, you will be responsible for managing escalated customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems, and providing expert-level support to our customers. You will also be expected to analyze and document root cause issues, develop and implement process improvements, and contribute to the development of our knowledge base and training materials. Additionally, you will work closely with our engineering teams to identify and resolve underlying technical issues, and provide feedback on product features and functionality. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or escalation management role, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and improving customer satisfaction. You will also have a deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, and networking fundamentals.
