ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Clari + Salesloft. As a pivotal member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, you will be the strategic owner of the Sales Engagement product area within our Predictive Revenue Platform. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact
- Owning and prioritizing your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals
- Conducting deep customer discovery and translating insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories
- Defining success metrics and rigorously tracking product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- A proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping impactful features
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
- Comfort with data and ability to use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to celebrate team wins and share credit generously
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components and familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking
- Nice to have experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms, as well as background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
