ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Order Management Analyst at Amplitude, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of the quote-to-cash process. This involves partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps teams to resolve order issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors. You will be responsible for evaluating and processing customer orders, applying structured thinking to complex deal scenarios, and analyzing order data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Order Management Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and processing customer orders with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact
- Applying structured thinking to complex and non-standard deal scenarios, identifying risks and resolution paths
- Partnering with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors
- Analyzing order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Documenting and operationalizing improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
