Sr. Office Experience Manager
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Office Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our New York office and partner closely with our global office experience team to maintain a consistent, high-quality presence across all Pendo locations. As a key member of the People Team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging office environment that reflects Pendo's culture and values.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Sr. Office Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing office operations, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, events, onboarding logistics, and the overall rhythm of the office. This will include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including reception coverage, guest services, mail and shipping, and front-of-house experience.
- Managing facility vendors and maintenance requests, creating work orders, tracking project status, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Planning and executing company events, community meetings, and special projects, including post-hours events.
- Coordinating new hire onboarding and offboarding logistics, including presentations, equipment distribution, and catering.
- Partnering with the global office experience team to coordinate cross-office communication, meetings, events, and employee travel.
- Working closely with Executive, IT, People, Marketing, and Revenue teams to support office logistics, visitor management, parking, and special project requests.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in office management, employee programming, event planning, hospitality, facilities, or community partnerships.
- Exceptional customer service instincts, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships at every level of the organization.
- Strong organizational and data tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and appropriately with everyone from ICs to executive leadership.
- The ability to prioritize and execute under pressure, staying composed and effective when multiple things demand your attention at once.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
WHY REMOTE
This role is based in New York, NY, and is a fully in-office position, five days per week.
