Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering - APAC

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a seasoned Sales Engineering Manager to join our team in APAC. As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality in technical sales execution. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers, work closely with the Regional Sales Director, and collaborate with other departments to drive sales strategy and customer success. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Working with your team of Sales Engineers to ensure best-in-class technical sales execution - Partnering with the Regional Sales Director on forecast accuracy, unblocking opportunities, and facilitating deal reviews - Collaborating with counterparts in Product, Marketing, and Education to ensure bi-directional communication around product improvements, new feature releases, and customer issues - Providing continuous feedback and enablement for your team - Assisting with recruiting new Sales Engineers and ensuring the continued growth and retention of the existing team WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 12-15+ years of technical sales experience with 5+ years of managing technical sales teams - A strong ability to prioritize sales opportunities, resolve conflicts, enable team members, and solve complex problems - A passion for sales and a focus on optimizing the technical sales cycle - A willingness to make customers successful and a constant positive attitude - Experience being a technical seller with a prior history for software engineering and/or professional services - Flexibility to travel to meet customers, attend events, or conferences - Experience fostering team building behaviors and activities WHY REMOTE This is a remote role, and you must be based in Singapore to be eligible.
